Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and questionnaires to examine participants’ views on the relevance, effectiveness, and challenges of EPOT as an evaluative tool. The findings reveal varying levels of acceptance and concern, particularly in relation to test preparedness, technological readiness, and the alignment of EPOT with students’ actual language competencies.
