The advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has significantly transformed higher education, particularly in the academic writing practices of postgraduate students. This study examines the impact of technology on writing quality, student motivation, and ethical challenges at Universitas Nusa Cendana in 2025. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through questionnaires and interviews with postgraduate students across disciplines. The findings reveal that technology enhances writing efficiency, access to academic resources, and collaboration between students and supervisors. However, challenges such as plagiarism, overreliance on automated tools, and data manipulation risks also emerged. These issues highlight the need for stronger digital literacy and ethical awareness among students. The study recommends institutional support through training programs and academic policies that promote responsible technology use. Ultimately, the research contributes to a deeper understanding of how technology influences academic writing and offers practical guidance for improving research quality in higher education.
