This study investigates the impact of information technology, work environment, training, and competence on employee productivity in the Department of Application Development (DPA) of Institution X. The research addresses the increasing demands of digitalization and the role of human resources in supporting organizational performance. This study employs a quantitative approach and includes all 36 staff-level employees as respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that competence and training are major drivers of employee productivity, whereas technology and the work environment do not appear to have a direct impact in this context. Overall, the findings highlight the importance of developing human capital through competence-based training to enhance DPA’s productivity.
