Factors that Effect to The Total Revenue of Foreign Bank and Its Impact on Their Market Share Position in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to quantitatively examine the determinants of Bank Resona Perdania's revenue. The determinants discussed in this study are the cost of promotion, authorized capital, inflation, and BI interest rates. In this study, grouping data is based on three categories, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual categories with time-series data periods from 2008 to 2018. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis by operating the SPSS software. There are five hypotheses in this study. Findings on the results of statistical tests show that in the monthly data group all hypotheses raised in the study were accepted. Then in the quarterly data group the results of the statistical test state that only the income hypothesis toward market share is rejected, while the other hypotheses are accepted. Then in the Annual data group the results of the statistical test state that only the basic capital hypothesis on income is accepted, while the other hypotheses were rejected.
