It should be noted that works devoted to the problem of infertility in the region of Uzbekistan, where information on its frequency and structure is insignificant. They were selected by randomized cluster sampling that selected from twenty – two regions of Tehran, one region. From all schools in that area (1 school), 30 individuals were selected by purposeful sampling method and then randomized to experimental and control groups (15 in experimental and 15 in control groups). The study group had eight ninety-minute mindfulness sessions focused on cognitive training plans. However, the monitoring group did not have any psychiatric facilities. Two questionnaires were conducted before and after the interventions. The methods used in this research are the Beck Anxiety Inventory. Covariance analyzes indicate that there are substantial variations in reduced anxiety between the experimental and control groups (p &lt; 0.01). Low back pain (LBP), perhaps more accurately called as Lumbago or lumbosacral pain or lower back pain, which occurs below the 12th rib and above the gluteal folds. Low back pain is the 5th most common reason for physician visits, which affects nearly 60-80% of people throughout their lifetime.&nbsp; The study was experimental, with 50 samples selected conveniently. Data was collected by using Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire. It has been proved significant that there is Average improvement of 45.96. The result of experimenting the effectiveness of flutter kicks among 50 individuals on the lower back both in supine and prone is proved significantly effective on the patients who has undergone the treatment for five sessions of 5 days. There is a significant improvement in the pain, range of motion, mobility of the spine, activities of daily living who underwent FLUTTER KICK exercises for both Abdomen and the Lower Back. Survey method was employed to collect the data, whereas participants were selected based on their interest to participate in the survey. The survey questionnaire was prepared related to the youth’s perspective, thinking and priorities regarding yoga using Google forms, and it was circulated in social media, and the responses were collected. After the data collection, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis; consequently, inferences and suggestions were made. Participants suggested having a proper trainer, a partner, conducting classes in colleges and spreading awareness to increase interest in yoga. Not many people practice yoga daily. Most of the participants have difficulty in getting time from their busy routine to do yoga, and some of them found it boring.
